**Job Summary:**
Functional Industries, Inc. is currently hiring for a rewarding position as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Skills Instructor. As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by teaching and supervising individuals in activities of daily living, as well as developing their self-help, vocational, and social skills. **Qualifications:**
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma/GED
- Background, OIG, and MVR Clearance required
- No prior experience necessary; all training provided
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Possession of a current Driver's License, car insurance, and a clean driving record (Preferred)
- CPR/First Aid Certificate (Preferred)

**Responsibilities:**
- Teach and supervise individuals in activities of daily living
- Develop self-help, vocational, and social skills in clients
- Provide support and guidance to individuals with disabilities
- Maintain a caring and compassionate attitude towards all clients

**Salary:**
$16 per hour
