**Job Summary:**
As a DSP - Career Coach at Functional Industries, Inc., you will be responsible for teaching and training job duties, responsibilities, and work skills to individuals served. Your role involves assisting individuals in maintaining employment and enhancing their overall job performance.

**Qualifications:**
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma/GED
- Required background, OIG, and MVR clearance
- No prior experience necessary; all training provided
- Capable of physical movement and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Possession of a current Driver's License, car insurance, and a clean record (Preferred)
- CPR/First Aid Certificate (Preferred)

**Responsibilities:**
- Teach and train individuals on job duties and work skills
- Assist individuals in maintaining community employment
- Enhance the overall job performance of each person served

**Salary:** $16/Hr.
